Gestational Surrogacy

Surrogate Solutions assists with the process of gestational surrogacy. During this process, the egg from the intended mother or an egg donor is fertilized by sperm from the intended father or a sperm donor. This is done through IVF. In this situation, the child is not genetically related to the carrier.

How To Find A Surrogate

Surrogate Solutions’ expertise lies in matching intended parents with compatible surrogates. As intended parents, you will have the opportunity to review our surrogate/gestational carrier profiles. Upon reviewing the profiles, you will choose a surrogate/gestational carrier who is compatible with your family. To make finding a surrogate/gestational carrier near you simple and worry-free, we work with:

  • Intended parents nationwide and internationally
  • Surrogates in all surrogate-friendly states including, but not limited to: Texas, Florida, Oklahoma, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Illinois, Pennsylvania,  California, Colorado, Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada, South Carolina and where surrogacy is not strictly forbidden

After you have selected a specific surrogate, a meeting will be arranged between you and the gestational carrier. If both parties are willing to continue forward in the process, the intended parent(s) and surrogate will be referred to appropriate legal counsel to have a contract written. Once the contract is executed, both parties will be referred to appropriate medical and psychological professionals for evaluation. Surrogate Solutions will work very closely with these entities to ensure that all of your needs are met.
